Can I translate privately?
Yes. Translate a message privately, or use /t to compose and translate your reply. Only you see the private result; you choose what to copy and send.
How does automatic translation work?
Configure a channel’s primary languages. TextLantern replies automatically in the configured language, while readers can request other enabled languages on demand.
How are characters counted?
For each target language, TextLantern deducts the source message's Unicode code-point count as characters. Cached, failed, and retried translations deduct zero characters.
